Prior to our visit he sent us listings and tracked down possible properties. | You are a pleasant change from most of the Realtors that we have worked with. Don't get me wrong we have worked with some good ones, but there are a lot of them who only see their own agenda, and expect the buyer or seller to follow. You on the other hand worked towards ours. You are not at all pushy and you appear to really listen to all our needs and wants. In the first group of properties that you showed us there were actually two that we liked, and we bought one of them. This hasn't happened before. In fact it has been just the opposite; Stephanie or myself would find the property and we would bring it to the attention of the agent.
My only complaint is perhaps where you helped us the most, and that is your thoroughness. I've rarely met anyone who dotted so many (i)s and crossed so many (t)s. You left nothing to chance.
